Principal Psychologist


Dr Rebekah Doley

Dr Rebecca DoleyDr Rebekah Doley is an experienced, fully registered psychologist. Rebekah’s initial training was in Organisational Psychology and her early background is human resource management where she gained experience in recruitment, selection, training, personnel development, and project management. As part of this role she provided on-call critical incident stress debriefing following trauma for correctional staff and emergency services personnel. For the first decade of her career, in addition to management consulting, Rebekah assisted injured workers to return to work under State and Federal worker’s compensation schemes (vocational rehabilitation). Subsequently, Rebekah moved into the area of Forensic Psychology and trained in criminal behaviour analysis (profiling), specialising in the psychology of deliberate fire-setting. Rebekah now provides a range of psychology services through her private practice and one of her specific interests is in working with grandparents raising grandchildren and people facing significant life change. She works with individuals and couples as well as providing training to aged care facilities for staff, carers and residents in general mental health and well-being issues.

Rebekah is an Associate Member of both the Forensic and Clinical colleges of the Australian Psychological Society and strictly adheres to the ethical code that binds all members of this organisation. She is also a Workplace Assessor Level IV Trainer and experienced in developing training and education workshops (including distance education modules) across general mental health topics, as well as developing the policies required to support these initiatives.
