| Doley Psychology Services, based at the Riverside General Practice, NSW, provides confidential help with a range of mental disorders and general psychological problems, as well as strategies to promote individual efficacy and wellbeing. Our professional philosophy recognises that mental health should be about promoting wellness, as well as managing emotional difficulties. As such, one of the significant features of our work is an orientation towards assisting clients to develop new, and enhance existing, strengths to help them to achieve their goals. We also offer forensic psychology services, with a special interest in the psychology of deliberate firesetting in adults and children. Clients may be eligible for financial assistance through Australian Medicare rebates when psychology services are accessed as part of an overall mental health care plan developed in consultation with a treating General Practitioner, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. |
